Third Year Potions

"No, still not Polyjuice Potion" Bibwit said. "Just so you know, Polyjuice potion looks like bubbling muc. This, my friend, is Felix Felicis, otherwise known as Liquid Luck"

Scorpius smiled. "You're a cool teacher,Professor Bibwits."

Bibwit nodded. "I try, Mr. Malfoy" he said. "Today, I want you all to turn to page 217 in your text book and whip me up the potion you find there. And, whoever makes the best, wins 1 tablespoon of Felix Felicis here. Begin".

OoC: XD I copied Slughorn! And the potion is a simple, everday potion for healing acne.

Rose took her book and flipped to the page. She did what it said the best she could.

Scorpius turned to Page 217 and started making the potion. He tried levitaiting the ption to se eif it would make it better. He than finished the potion and handed it to Professor Bibwits.

After an hour, Bibwit shouted "STOP!", and all the flames burned out. He walked around, looking at the potions, every now and then saying something like "Too runny" or "What is that smell?"

Scorpius said to Professor Bibwit. "Hows mine?"

Bibwit had just reached Scorpius' cauldron, and looking at it said "Acceptable".

Scorpius smiled.

Rose waited slightly impatient.

Bibwit looked into Rose's cauldron and nodded. "Great" he said. After looking at everybody's potion, he said "And the winner is..."

Scorpius looked at Rose.

"Rose Weasley!" he said grandly, sweeping across the dungeon to give the vial to Rose. "Congratulations, I knew you could do it!" he said, shaking her hand warmly.

Scorpius looked at Rose happy for ehr and knew he could do better on his.

Rose smiled.

"I advise you to use it wisely, Miss Weasley" Bibwit said in a warning voice. "Things could go bad"

"Too much can send you into an everlasting state of giddiness, which would be bad"

Rose giggled a little, then put the small potion vile in her pocket.

"Oh, yes, the homework" Bibwit said, snapping out of his reverie. "I want a 1 foot essay on the properties of wolfsbane. And Scorpius, back to the 'why not have too much' thing, it's sort of along the lines of 'too much of a good thing might kill a person', you know?" Bibwit said, turning back to Scorpius and Rose. "You start to feel too confident, and there have been terrible stories, such as feeling confident that you're invincible, so you jump off a 200 foot high waterfall, it just doesn't end well."

Scorpius nodded and said "Could we sued references on how the Wolfsbane Potion helped such wizards like Remus Lupin?"

Rose groaned. What was with him?

Bibwit nodded. "Glad you read up on your hsitory" he said in a tone that suggested he was not glad at all.
